The mission of Crossings Community Clinic is to humbly proclaim the message of Jesus by serving the physical, emotional, and spiritual needs of the uninsured. The scope of Clinic services includes medical, dental and vision healthcare provided by clinic staff, licensed professional volunteers and other dedicated volunteers.

Clinic Hours

The clinic is open year-round, Monday through Friday:


Monday: 9:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.
Tuesday: 9:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m.
Wednesday: 9:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.
Thursday: 9:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.
Friday: 9:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m.

The clinic is open the third Thursday of each month from 6:00-8:00 p.m.

MED ROOM Hours

Medications can be picked up from the Crossings Clinic Med Room during the following hours:

Monday: 9:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.
Tuesday: 9:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m.
Wednesday: 9:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.
Thursday: 9:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.
Friday: 9:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m.

Please Note: The Clinic and Med Room are closed daily for lunch from 12:00-1:15 p.m.

Clinic Hours

Appointments are required for all patients, call (405) 232-8631 to schedule. Morning, afternoon and evening appointments are available Monday through Wednesday. If Unity Clinic is open, Thursday evening and Friday morning appointments are available.

Pharmacy Hours

Monday & Tuesday: 10:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m. & 2:00 - 5:30 p.m.

Wednesday: 10:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m. & 2:00 - 4:30 p.m.
