Meet Our Staff
Pam Timmons, Executive Director
Pam has been an Edmonite since birth. She is so proud to be an Oklahoman, and loves how the people of this great state pull together in times of need. While her “perfect day” would include riding her horse in a peaceful, wooded area, she is excited to be joining the Good Shepherd team as the Executive Director. She has spent nearly 30 years in the non-profit world, and feels blessed to be a part of a ministry serving our neighbors in need. Pam loves walking through the Clinic and always being greeted with a smile and kind word, and being a part of a staff that cares deeply for each other and all of our patients.

Fred Loper, MD, Medical Director
Being a Marine Corps kid, Fred didn’t claim a hometown until he settled in OKC in the 70’s. As a medical student at OU, he was recruited to help start the beginnings of Good Shepherd. He never thought God would call him back to where it all began 35 years later. His greatest encouragement comes from the patients of Good Shepherd, who keep him laughing and teach him more about depending on God than he could ever teach them. His love runs deep for this city, the people, and the weather that changes so often that it is always a genuine topic of conversation.
Audra Ball, Physician Assistant
Texas born and now a converted Okie, Audra joined our staff in January 2014. She enjoys the opportunity she has to help patients work through their chronic illnesses and to watch that “light bulb moment” occur when they realize they CAN live a healthier life. She loves being a part of such a diverse and vibrant community that merges her callings – ministry and medicine. To her, there is no greater job than practicing in a clinic that reaches out to meet the physical needs of patients and also has a Kingdom vision of sharing the Gospel of Jesus Christ.
Adriana Paredes, Physician Assistant
Adriana joined our medical staff in the spring of 2014 with the desire to be more involved in family medicine. Her passion for the Lord and the population we serve has developed from her own experiences of growing up in a single parent household in an underserved community of El Paso, Texas. She loves serving at Good Shepherd and even getting her 3 sons and husband involved in ministry through translation, whenever possible.
Ana Lopez-Barrios, Patient Navigator
Born in Guatemala but raised in Oklahoma City, Ana has worked in the non-profit world for over 5 years. She works to help our patients walk through the tangled web of their healthcare and daily living. She has a true love for the diversity found in the city and modeled at Good Shepherd. She loves that she doesn’t go a day at work without hearing God praised through multiple languages and styles from our patients.
Kim Morie, RN, Lead Nurse
Moving here from Tulsa to work at Good Shepherd, Kim finds it hard to admit the truth that she has replaced her love of T-town with her love of Oklahoma City. Her passion for Christ, culture, and medicine has collided here at Good Shepherd and is played out in whatever crazy, new adventure that this ministry brings on a daily basis. Her love for the patients and this city goes far beyond their medical needs, but it just so happens to start there.
Lavada Loper, Patient Assistance Program Coordinator
Having traveled all around the U.S. and overseas through years of mission work, Lavada can confidently claim that she would not want to live anywhere else in the world than Oklahoma City, where her love for the people is evident in everything she does. She works with patients to get the most expensive medications straight from the pharmaceutical companies that we would not have access to any other way. She loves her direct personal contact with the patients, their families, and their lives that she gets to be a part of on a daily basis.
Jayme Johnson, Physician Assistant
Jayme claims Checotah, OK as her home town, but credits her time in Fayetteville, where she volunteered with at-risk students, as being the place where she experienced a calling to serve those in poverty in “her own backyard”. She is thankful that at Good Shepherd she is empowered to live out that calling. She is encouraged by our patients and calls them “the real MVP’s”, because she sees their faith in Jesus being tested everyday through great trials and rejoices to see their trust and hope still placed in Jesus’ hands. She loves OKC’s food trucks, and people, and especially Cafe Antigua.
Lauren Wood, Mobile Clinic Director
Lauren came to join the staff when Good Shepherd Ministries inherited the blessing of a mobile dental and medical clinic. Lauren’s heart for the people of OKC, her passion for the healing love of Christ, and her incredible drive and desire for forward progress made her an obvious choice to lead out on Good Shepherd’s newest adventure. She believes that every job she has been blessed with before this point has prepared her for this position and is ready to go, as long as she can get an occasional ice cream at Roxie’s Icecream Social.
Jeanie Bath, Dental Director
As a student at OU School of Dentistry always rounding up her classmates to go volunteer at Good Shepherd, Jeanie never imagined that after years in private practice she would get the chance to lead out on this dental ministry. Along with being passionate about dental health, she is passionate about patients’ medical health and seeing those two intertwine in comprehensive care. Dr. Bath is always full of new ideas and new ways to make those ideas a reality.
Connie Abundis, Dental Assistant
Connie was recruited to join the dental team and help be a for-runner and organizer of the new dental clinic. She has many years of experience from every area in the dental world and is thankful for the opportunity to bring that to the patients at Good Shepherd. Her favorite part of dentistry is being able to help patients walk out our doors pain free. She is glad to be a part of a mission and city that is passionate about helping people.
Jennie Clifton, Pharmacist
Jennie served as a volunteer at Good Shepherd for 4 years before coming on staff. Her years of service are seen in all the work that has taken place in order for our pharmacy to become the fully stocked certified charitable pharmacy that it is today. She claims that the patients’ appreciation for all that they receive is worth the work. Her love for the Thunder and the OKC Redhawks just makes it all the better that she gets to work at Good Shepherd and in downtown OKC.
Lisha Rummel, Office Manager
Lisha comes from both the medical and dental world and landed at the combination of both here at Good Shepherd. She loves the opportunity to not just help, but get to know every person that walks through our doors. Hardly ever found without a smile or laughing, Lisha is always first to be ready to take on the day.
Dania Bolivar, Medical Assistant
Originally from Chihuahua, Mexico, Dania started in the medical field in Las Vegas, Nevada. She moved here with her family to pursue all the opportunities that Oklahoma City has to offer. She loves working at Good Shepherd because of the positive, Godly environment. She brings with her years of experience and skills that add to the variety of our clinic.
Blanca Garrett, Certified Nursing Assistant
From Monterrey, Mexico to California to Oklahoma, Blanca has worked in so many roles through the years that have brought her to the doors of Good Shepherd. She continues to serve in multiple roles at Good Shepherd and wouldn’t want it any other way. She loves how supportive Oklahoma City patrons are and loves sharing with others that supportive, loving attitude that she has received.
George Varghese, Clinic Operations Director
George is a native of India who came to Oklahoma to pursue education in the early 70s. Upon moving here, he immediately experienced the friendly and caring people of Oklahoma City. He brings to Good Shepherd over 40 years of experience in the healthcare industry that has allowed him to gain a comprehensive picture of what patient centered care truly means. He enjoys working in what he considers a very rewarding environment.
Nalisha Perry-Brown, Administrative Assistant
From hospital employment to ministry work, Nalisha has years of experience in the non-profit world to pull from. Though she is mostly found in her office working through a pile of papers, she can still be caught talking to patients and interacting with them every chance she gets. Her favorite thing about the patients of Good Shepherd is that they always have a smile on their face and enjoying praying with the staff whenever the opportunity presents itself.
Yoland Sanchez, Patient Service Representative
Moving to the big city from Clinton, Oklahoma, Yolanda has fallen in love with the opportunity to work with such diverse population. Through her entire professional career, she has always worked for the under served population and could not imagine doing anything different. She has come to Good Shepherd with multiple years of clinical office experience and is excited to use her experience to better serve our patients.
LaTonya Abdul-Raheem, Patient Service Representative
A native of Oklahoma City, LaTonya loves working with and among the people of Oklahoma City. As the patients check-out of the clinic, she is always there to give them a smile and offers the support they need, which ensures they leave with a positive experience. She enjoys the opportunity to interact with such a wide array of patients on a daily basis.
Edith Quinonez, Dental Hygienist
The hands-on patient care experience she gained at Good Shepherd, while still in school, led her to pursue a fulltime position here after graduating. She considers her work as a hygienist as her avenue to love and serve others. Her favorite part of working here are the patients and the overwhelming gratitude that they express. From the wide variety of trails, shops, coffee houses, and of course the food, she doesn’t see how anyone could get bored in this great city.
Megan Parson, Dental Assistant
Megan joined the dental crew after working 4 years in a pediatric clinic. She loves the chance she gets every day to physically help those who come in with such great need. Her favorite experiences at Good Shepherd occur every time a patient receives dentures through our denture program and they are able to walk out with a confident and a smile that proves it. When Megan isn’t found in the dental clinic, she loves seeing every part of Oklahoma city from the music festivals to rooftop yoga.
Betty Guerra, Patient Service Representative
Betty is Good Shepherd’s newest addition to the family. She has fallen in love with the friendliness of the patients, volunteers, and staff of the clinic. She loves the opportunity to use her skills of translation to help patients better understand their visit and plan of care. You would never know it by how hard she serves, but her undeniable favorite thing to do is to relax at home with her sons any chance she gets.

Thomas Koshy, Accounting Clerk
Thomas is originally from India, but settled in OKC in the early 90’s. His previous jobs helped him gain a wide variety of skills which he employs as he serves here at Good Shepherd – from accounts payable, to payroll and even as a pharmacy tech. He enjoys serving our neighbors in need and says that working at Good Shepherd gives him an added fulfillment in his everyday life. Thomas enjoys that OKC is a melting pot of different cultures, as he encounters people with great values and passion. In his free time, he enjoys spending time with his family and friends.

Debra Spears, Chaplain
Good Shepherd patients and staff are currently being blessed by the pastoral care of Debra. She is from OKC, and loves the feeling of brotherhood, community and feeling cared for that she senses here. The Clinical Pastoral Education (CPE) experience at OU Medical has prepared her in trauma, crisis, grief, and end-of-life care. At Good Shepherd, Debra is playing a vital role in helping us fulfill the mission to provide healing to the body, soul, and mind of each patient. She always has a hug ready for anyone in need, so look for her around the clinic and around the city – where her hugs are always free!
Abigail Martinez, Patient Service Representative
Abby likes to walk around and explore OKC, her home town, and loves the diversity of the people here. At Good Shepherd, she greets our patients with a warm smile at the check-in desk. Abby enjoys working with our patients because she loves being a part of the team that helps bring them to better health. Abby’s translation skills are definitely put to good use every day, helping our patients clearly navigate their own health care.
Leta Langford, Dentist
Dr. Langford stays very busy taking care of the dental needs of our patients, and also caring for her own triplets! She has previously served with Mobile Smiles Oklahoma, which introduced her to treating patients that don’t have access to care. She loves how appreciative the Good Shepherd patients are, to receive such quality care, and she enjoys learning new things from them too. Dr. Langford has fun taking her kids to the zoo and spending time at any festivities occurring downtown, from pop-up shops to Thunder games.
Lisa Hall, Administrative Assistant
Lisa is the newest member to join our team, and is looking forward to getting to use her skills, talents and God-given gifts in order to be useful to God and others here at Good Shepherd. She has a heart to serve and has done just that, through the Genesis Project, Volunteers of America, and the Daily Living Centers. Lisa was born in Bartlesville, OK but feels at home in OKC, among people with a genuine capacity for living, loving and laughing.
