Good Shepherd Clinic has merged with Crossings Community Clinic—learn more about this exciting update here!
We all want to be a part of something bigger than ourselves, to have a part in work that changes lives and makes a difference. Health is priceless. Imagine working at a job with no health insurance. What happens when you get sick? You can visit the ER and wait hours and hours for care. And if your problem is a chronic illness, such as diabetes, you find that you are always treating symptoms, not the disease. Illness and dental disease affect your ability to work, to interview, and to be productive. Patients become trapped in a vicious cycle, needing care they can’t afford, and needing better work to provide money for healthcare. Illness creates poverty and poverty creates illness. We need YOU to help us begin to break this cycle.
What happens when you donate? Your money comes to Good Shepherd Clinic, a 501(c)(3) providing medical and dental care to the uninsured. Your money funds our medical clinic, dental clinic, and pharmacy. Our organization is staffed with more volunteers than paid staff and we use every gift to support the work gifted to us by local medical and dental providers. We use donations to provide supplies necessary for excellent medical and dental care, supplies such as gloves, gowns, syringes, and larger equipment such as imaging machines. Donations also allow us to purchase medications to stock our pharmacy. Your gift is guaranteed to give life to someone in our community.
Join our Core of Care today by becoming a monthly donor. Help us offer consistent, quality health to the uninsured. Monthly donors are the core of our work. Your gift creates a net of safety, ensuring each month that our clinic can provide care to individuals in need of medical and dental health. Join a select and essential part of our mission by becoming a monthly donor today.
